Eclipse Digital Solutions Ltd would like to welcome Jacob Woodworth as our newest apprentice engineer.
A keen mountain biker, Jacob will complete his three-year fire, emergency and security systems technician apprenticeship at Skills for Security in Warrington.
When asked why he chose an apprenticeship, Jacob said: “I wanted to fast track into a career and earn while I was learning.
“Having always been interested in electrical work and computing, I wanted to join an industry that could offer both. I feel that the security sector can do that.”
Niall Rutledge, Eclipse’s solutions architect, added: “We consider training an essential part of equipping our engineers with the right tools to operate in a fast-paced and highly technical industry.
“Jacob is the third apprentice we have employed in a relatively short period of time, and through the positive feedback we receive, it seems our customers certainly benefit from our continued investment in training.”
